Microsoft has updated your badge

Why am I getting emails that say my Badges have been removed, because I changed my email address?

I am in the process of moving, my Internet provider will be going away, so my primary email address will go away. I want to use my @OUTLOOK.COM address as I keep that one anywhere in the world. I am not able to change to my @outlook.com on the MCP site as my primary email because it was used as a recover email address. The MCP site will not let me use it.  I try and use a @Gmail.com address it says same thing it was in my recovery address so I can't change it.

How do I get this fixed?

Please be advised that it is normal to received such communication letter from Microsoft Certification if you have done changes on your profile.

 

In order to successfully associated the preferred email address to your account, I will be providing a temporary Access Code which consists of 32 alphanumeric characters that you can disregard once associated. This will ensure you that all the hard earned credentials will be updated on one MC ID and email address.

 

To locate and verify your Microsoft Certification profile, we need at least three pieces of information that are associated to your account. To investigate this case, I have initiated a private message to collate the necessary information. You may also click the image below to access the interface. 

 

 

Once information are received, assistance in obtaining access to your account and benefits will be provided.

 

Looking forward to your response.

 

Please note that if no response has been received after two business days, the case will be closed and locked.

I have successfully disassociated your (@entouch.net) from your Microsoft Certification profile since it is no longer accessible.

 

In order to access your associate your preferred email address to your Microsoft Certification profile, please follow the steps mentioned below:

 

1. Please visit Microsoft Certification Dashboard

2. Sign in with your preferred Microsoft account and password that you would like to link with your profile.

3. Enter the Access Code along with the MC ID to have your Microsoft account associated with your certification record. ( ** please see private message ** )

 

 

Once you have completed this process, you will not be required to enter this information again and can login using your Microsoft account and password next time onward. Also to keep your account active, please access your profile once in every 12 months.

 

If this solves your problem, please indicate “Yes” to the question and the thread will automatically be closed and locked. In case we do not receive a response, the thread will be closed and locked after two business days. Please be advised that after the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages. If your inquiry was not fully resolved, please post a new question so we may continue in assisting you.

My MCP Transcript and all my certifications are gone now. HOW DO I GET everything back and back on line I have a Microsoft exam I need to take and I can no longer get to ANYTHING I used to have.

Based on the investigation, I found that you have created multiple Microsoft Certification profile yesterday because you have used different name format in accessing the Microsoft Certification Dashboard. This is why you are seeing the error message on your end.

 

I have completed the consolidation of your profiles. All the hard earned exams and certifications are now updated to the MC ID ending in 4602. Since you have multiple accounts the third profile will be consolidated after two business days.

 

To ensure that you’re not going to create another Microsoft Certification profile, please do not access/ sign in to the Microsoft Certification Dashboard or Learning site until the second merging happen.

 

Once profiles are consolidated, I’ll provide you steps on how to gain access to your account and benefits.
