I just receive an update from Support Team with regards to scheduling an exam using your exam discount.
As per update, we can see that you were trying to redeem the discount for a Certification exam and not on the list of applicable exam for Ignite 2021.
You may check this link for the list of eligible exam for the discount.
In the event that you’re still having an issue scheduling or claiming the discount, please provide with us an updated PSR so we can conduct further review.
