Microsoft Ignite Cloud Skill Challenge Voucher and Pervious Earn Vouchers Not visible

HI Team,

since Yesterday certification dashboard there is no voucher available for me to claim in order to schedule an exam.

yesterday was received email to earn voucher but New and Pervious vouchers not visible in Exam dashboard

Will appreciate for some assistance here.
