Microsoft Ignite: Free exam voucher not working

Hi,

I got a mail that my email is attached to get the free Microsoft exam from Microsoft Ignite, but looks like its not working.

Please let us know if this for Ignite 2020 or Ignite 2021 to isolate your issue.

 

If this for Ignite 2021, we’ve been receiving a lot of reports regarding the claiming of discount earned through Microsoft Ignite 2021 event.

 

This has been forwarded to our Engineering Team and have confirmed that is now resolved.

 

Before trying to claim your discount again, please try the troubleshooting steps below:

 

Make sure you have the latest browser (Edge/Chrome/IE or Mozilla Firefox)

Try using your browser in InPrivate/Incognito

Clear browser cache and cookies

Allow all cookies/third party cookies on your browser settings

Sign back in to your Microsoft Certification profile and try to update/schedule your exam.

 

Also, please make sure to enter the email address on the Check Eligibility field on small caps.

 

If the above steps do not resolve your issue, please provide us with a PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) from the troubleshooting steps until the error message via private message along with the requested information so we may continue troubleshooting with you.

 

You may also adjust the limit of 25 screenshots as a default to a higher number of pictures to show the process. Please change the number to at least 100 screenshots in the tool’s settings.

Also, in the private message, please attach the actual confirmation/congratulatory email you received after completing the event showing your email address on the recipient field.

I have reviewed the PSR you have provided and I am unable to see the sign in part until troubleshooting steps.

 

On the other hand, we just received an update that claiming of exam discount should now be resolve.

 

If issue persist, please supply another PSR showing the troubleshooting steps until the error message for me to create a ticket for possible escalation.
