Microsoft Ignite Voucher Missing

Hi Microsoft Team,

I am not able to apply "Microsoft Ignite Voucher" on Exam AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator. When I click on "Exam Discounts' it says "No available discounts". There are no discounts associated with my "Email Address". I will be highly obliged if you can check into this matter. The last date is 31st March 2021 for the voucher to get expired.
