Microsoft Learn Account

Hello,

I had an account with certificates attached to it but i can no longer find the certificates. I thought it was attached to my private email but it made me create a new account when i signed in. It is possible that it is attached to my old work email, which i can send via private email. How do i gain access to this again?

Based on your statement, we understand that you are unable to access your certifications on Learn. We are glad to assist you.

 

Note: With the changes implemented in our platform on July 8th (links below), our internal security policies were updated, and our Support Team is no longer able to confirm to our customers any personal information from their Learn Profiles or complete any processes (merging, migrations, legal name, etc.):

 

 

To provide you with further assistance, we have opened a Private Message where we have requested information related to your Learn Profile to verify it and assist you accordingly.

To protect your data, send the information over the Private Message and once we have received your comments, we will validate the profile and get back to you with updates. 

We look forward to your response. In case we do not receive an answer within two business days, the thread will be closed and locked and you will not be able to reply through either channel.
