Microsoft Learn Cloud Skills Challenge - Claim Free Exam

Hello,


I am trying to follow the steps in the link (https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/cloudskillschallenge/build/certification-exam-offer-2023?ocid=cloudskillschallenge_build23_email_cnl#eligible-exams) after receiving the email below



I am trying to sign up for Exam AI-900: Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals, however, I am unable to carry out "Step 2: Sign in to your existing Microsoft Certification Profile or create one using a Microsoft Account.". I've tried putting my email in to sign it but I am getting the below error.

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.

Allow me to provide assistance to address your concern for you to utilize your exam voucher.

In order for you to eliminate this error, make sure that you are signing in using your Personal Account. Sample of personal accounts are username@outlook.com or username@hotmail.com. Currently, Microsoft only accepts personal accounts when logging in to the Microsoft Certification profile.

Once you signed in, on the "exam discounts" page enter the email address where you receive communications about Microsoft Learn and the Cloud Skills Challenge (e.g. alias@company.com or alias@outlook.com) and continue to follow the steps provided on this Microsoft Build | Cloud Skills Challenge that you provided.

Hi,

Thank you for the above, using my person email worked.

I have now put in the email that is used to complete the challenge. However, instead of a free exam, I am only getting a 50% discount. Please can you help?
