Microsoft Learn - Not able to login (looped back to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/)

Hi, I am trying to login to Microsoft Learn portal to save my progress. it was previously working but when I tried to login today, every time after providing username and password its sending me back to the https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/ with "sign in" displaying in the top right corner when it should show my account name.


please provide a resolution for this.
