Microsoft Learning Dashboard redirected

I am currently facing an issue with Microsoft Learning Dashboard getting redirected.
I cannot view exam score/certification details on the portal. I am not able to access it.
I used my Gmail to register for my exam and merged my work profile to it as well.

please note that all documents say certificates tab but that changed and now there is under the Credential tab.
