Microsoft Learning Discount Voucher

Hello,

I have used another email (***removed***) to attend the Microsoft Virtual Training. When I am trying to check my eligibility, there's a code that has been sent to ***removed*** to verify my identity. To my surprise, and after many attempts that email is not coming onto my **removed*** account. I waited and waited but no email from Microsoft or any other third-party (I assumed). All other emails are coming in, but not the one that contains a verification code.

Please assist me as I am ready to give the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals exam.

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.

I understand the importance of scheduling your exam and that you are not receiving the verification code when checking for discount. Allow me to check and investigate this issue.

When checking for eligibility on the "Exam Discount" page, kindly check your email immediately as well as your junk/spam as sometimes it landed to these folders. If you still have not received it, you may click on the "Resend code."

If still no code has been received, please reply with the complete PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) from the time you sign in until it shows your email with no verification code along with the information requested to verify your profile via private message.

I look forward to your response. Please note that if no response is received after two business days, the case will be closed and locked. After the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages.
