Microsoft Mantenance - I could not reschedule my exam

Hi Team,

I have been trying to reschedule the AZ - 900 exam for the past two days however could not. There was a message on the site that there is maintenance on the site (i have screenshots). 

I tried again today, the day the exam is scheduled for, it wants me to check in and i am not ready for the exam. 

Can someone please help with this. My exam is scheduled for today.

I understand that there have been a system maintenance and we do apologize for the inconvenience it has caused you.

On the other hand, as per our Exam reschedule and cancellation policy (which you can visit on this link), if you will not be able to sit in or reschedule your exam at least 24 hours prior your scheduled appointment, you forfeit your exam.

In the event that you need further assistance with rescheduling your exam, you make contact the testing center where you want to take the exam.  Please click the link of the testing center below to get an access with testing centers support team:
