Hi slakhe,

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.

I completely understand how important it is to take your SC-300 exam with the exam replay offer. Allow me to provide you with further information on this.

After taking the first exam and failing it, you can schedule your exam with the exam replay, which gives you eligibility for a free retake. You can learn more by checking our Offers | Microsoft Learn

Please be advised that on retaking an exam, regular payment will apply as it will be considered as a new registration. As per the Exam retake policy, if a candidate does not achieve a passing score on an exam the first time, the candidate must wait at least 24 hours before retaking the exam.

To make sure that you will ace the exam, the best way to prepare for an exam is to practice the skills listed in the “Skills measured” section of the exam details page, you can also visit Prepare for an exam page to boost your readiness.

Should you have any clarifications, feel free to let me know and I'll be happy to assist you with it.

If this solves your problem, please indicate “Yes” to the question and the thread will automatically be closed and locked. In case we do not receive a response, the thread will be closed and locked after one business day. Please be advised that after the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond. If the resolution provided did not resolve the issue, please post a new question.
