As we understand from your post, you are not able to sing in into a Microsoft account on Minecraft.

Regarding your inquiry, we would like to inform you that to recover your account, you must follow this option: Recover your account (live.com) or you can contact the Accounts and Billing Department by calling 1-800-642-7676 in the US.

If this solves your problem, please indicate “Yes” to the question and the thread will automatically be closed and locked. In case we do not receive a response, it will be closed and locked after one business day.
