Microsoft Specialist: Windows 7, Configuring Missing Badge

Hello Microsoft Certification Support,

I passed the Exam 70-680 Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Windows 7, Configuration a while back.

I do not see a badge in my Acclaim profile nor under my Microsoft Badges.  It is on my Microsoft transcript.

Is it a legacy exam that Microsoft did not issue a badge for the certification?

If it is not, how can I retrieve the badge?

Please advise.

Thank you very much for your time and assistance.

Sincerely yours,

Ivan

Hello, Ivan.

Welcome to Microsoft’s Community.

We understand that you are unable to access your MOS (Microsoft’s Office Specialist) Badge.

Please know that when it comes to a MOS (Microsoft’s Office Specialist) Certification, you may download it, along with the Badge, through Certiport’s page.

Once you go to their website, follow these steps:

  1. Log in and choose the Organization Administrator role from the drop-down menu.

  2. Select the Reports tab.

  3. Click Print Certificates

  4. Select the program you wish to print from the drop down box, or select Any Program.

  5. Select the date range. You may print certificates within 1 year after the exam was taken. Click Search

  6. All available certificates will display. Check the box for the exams you wish to print, and click Print Certificates

  7. Use the options within the PDF window to print or save a copy of the certificate.

Your MOS Certificate and Exams can also be found on your Transcript, which can be downloaded through your Microsoft Certification Dashboard. It may be used as a proof of accreditation as well.

If this solves your problem, please indicate “Yes” to the question, and the thread will automatically be closed and locked. In case we do not receive a response, it will be closed and locked after two business days.
