I had previously applied a student discount on a certification, however I am signing up for a different one and I am not seeing the discount option. Does this mean the discount is only applicable to one exam only?
To qualify for the student discount, you have to verify your student status on your Microsoft Certification Dashboard. Your academic status is valid for 12 months. If you already completed this, the discount should automatically apply in you checkout page.
If in case that the discount is still not showing on the checkout page, please provide us with a PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) from the login page until the no discount is available, send the details viaprivate message along with the requested information so we may continue troubleshooting with you.
