Microsoft Virtual Training Days free possibility of taking an AZ-900 exam disappeared

Hi,



I have attended Microsoft Virtual Training Days and after completing it I received a free possibility of taking an AZ-900 exam. When I checked it in January it said that it's possible to redeem before June of 2023, but now when I check it here:

https://examregistration.microsoft.com there's a message "No discount available for My-different-email"

Could you please take a look? Please notice that I attended Virtual Training Days with a different email which I can't disclose here - if you need it please write to me directly.

Hi Konrad, 

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.  

I understand that the discount for attending the Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day event disappeared. Let me help you with this.  

Please be advised that in attending the MAVTD, the discount offer is only valid for the next 90 days from the day you have completed the event. This means that you must schedule and take the exam within the given timeframe.  

If the discount is still valid, please try to redeem it again by entering the registered email address you used in the event under “Exam discount” page and check your eligibility.  

If you are not still able to see your discount, please make sure that all the required fields marked with an asterisk* are correctly filled and remove any special characters (like., \! @ # etc.,) from your account information. Also, here’s a troubleshooting guidelines if you are to experience any browser issue. 

In the unlikely event that you are still unable to claim the discount please provide us a PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) starting from the sign in page until you get the error message along with the requested information through private message so we can check this matter further.

Please note that the discount will not appear if you did not select the exam first or if you have selected a different exam instead. Participants are also allowed to take advantage up to 5 event discounts.
