Microsoft Word and Excel Certification Badges

I have recently passed the Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel exams, yet I have not received either badges. Each time I got to Acclaim to claim the badges, it takes me to the home page and does not recognize my account.

We are glad to inform you that we have successfully merged your accounts and kept your preferred MCID and email address.

You should be able to access to Your Dashboard using your updated credentials, which we have shared with you via Private Message.

Please, let us know if the access is successful and if your dashboard’s information is accurate.

Keep in mind that when it comes to a MOS (Microsoft’s Office Specialist) Certification, you may download it, along with the Badge, through Certiport’s page. 

Once you go to their website, follow these steps: 

  1. Log in and choose the Organization Administrator role from the drop-down menu. 

  1. Select the Reports tab. 

  1. Click Print Certificates

  1. Select the program you wish to print from the drop down box, or select Any Program. 

  1. Select the date range. You may print certificates within 1 year after the exam was taken. Click Search

  1. All available certificates will display. Check the box for the exams you wish to print, and click Print Certificates

  1. Use the options within the PDF window to print or save a copy of the certificate. 

Your MOS Certificate and Exams can also be found on your Transcript, which can be downloaded through your Microsoft Certification Dashboard. It may be used as a proof of accreditation as well.
