Hello SunilKumarGupta07,

Thank you for sending the requested details via private message.

I have successfully consolidated the profiles and is now under your preferred MCID.

To access your original Microsoft Certification Profile, please follow the steps below:

  1. Try using your browser in InPrivate/Incognito (no other tabs open)

  2. Should the issue persist clear cache and cookies (steps here) Make sure you check Preserve Favorites website data ‘and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete.

  3. Go to https://mcp.microsoft.com/home/migrate

  4. Sign in with your preferred Microsoft account and password that you would like to associate with your profile.

  5. If you were routed to the Dashboard page, please copy and paste the link on the same window and it should automatically ask for MCID and Access Code.

  6. Enter the Access Code along with the MC ID provided through private message.

Note: The Access code is just a onetime used code. Make sure to access your Microsoft Certification Dashboard once in every 12 months to keep it active.

To avoid duplicate profiles/MCID’s, please make sure to access the Microsoft Certification Dashboard first and schedule your exam from there.

I have also sent a copy of your transcript on a separate email for your reference.

If this solves your problem, please indicate “Yes” to the question and the thread will automatically be closed and locked. In case we do not receive a response, the thread will be closed and locked after one business day. Please be advised that after the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages. If your inquiry was not fully resolved, please post a new question.

Hello SunilKumarGupta07,

Thank you for your feedback via private message.

It appears that you have a duplicate profile. This was created because you have used a different email address in creating a new profile.

For us to consolidate your accounts, both MCIDs should be migrated to a Microsoft Account. Therefore, you need to use a different email address on the second MCID.

To link the other Microsoft Account on the 2nd MCID, please follow the steps provided below

1. Please visit the Microsoft Certification Member site.

2. Sign in using a temporary/different email address.

3. Enter the Access Code along with the MC ID (please see private message)

Please confirm once done so we can consolidate your profiles.

I look forward to your response. Please note that if no response is received within two business days, the case will be closed and locked. After the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages.

Best regards,
