Hi, Minex

Welcome to Microsoft´s Community.

As we understand, you want to recover your profile.

Please keep in mind that as of today, all Certification profiles have been migrated to Learn and that the Certification Profile program is now retired and no longer exists. This also means that you will no longer receive an MCID (MCID was a unique ID for the Certification Profile). When Certification Profiles retired, MCIDs also retired. Your unique identifier for your Learn Profile is now your Learn Username.

Due to the updates that have been implemented to the Learn platform over the course of the past few days, and the improvements in our security processes, our support team is no longer able to verify or update any Microsoft Accounts associated with your Certification Profile.

This is because, since July 8, 2024, our platform has undergone significant changes: Keeping Certification and Learn Profiles is no longer required, as the Certification Profiles have moved to MS Learn. For this reason, properties such as MCID or Certification Profile are no longer in use. Instead, the certification progress from our candidates will be contained directly on their Learn profiles.

Please refer to the following Forum page for further reference: https://trainingsupport.microsoft.com/en-us/mcp/forum/all/new-updated-microsoft-learn-exam-registration/c39d5e07-d58b-416b-ba51-aacafdcc4b08

Additionally, previous services related to Certification profiles, such as profiles merging are now self-assisted by users. For further information, we recommend reviewing the Profile and Credentials tabs from the following page (reference image below):

We are attentive to your comments.
