If you are encountering issues after following the steps, please send us a PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) showing the steps from the time you sign in to your account up to the page where you are having issues claiming your exam discount. I have initiated a private message where you can attach the PSR along with the requested information to assist you further. Please refer to the image below:
Also, please provide the voucher/discount confirmation email.
