The order was placed as a guest, and since then, I have not received any confirmation email or communication regarding my purchase. I have thoroughly checked my inbox and spam folder, but no confirmation or voucher has been sent.
The payment was successfully debited from my account, yet the voucher itself hasn’t been provided. I’ve already reached out via email multiple times but still haven’t received any response. I was counting on taking the exam soon after purchasing the voucher, so this delay has been frustrating.
