Mindhub voucher for Certification Exam Not Received After Purchase.

I am writing to report an issue with my recent purchase of a Microsoft certification exam voucher (MCP + retake) made on Friday, October 25, through the Pearson VUE Mind Hub website. The order was placed as a guest, and since then, I have not received any confirmation email or communication regarding my purchase. I have thoroughly checked my inbox and spam folder, but no confirmation or voucher has been sent.

The payment was successfully debited from my account, yet the voucher itself hasn’t been provided. I’ve already reached out via email multiple times but still haven’t received any response. I was counting on taking the exam soon after purchasing the voucher, so this delay has been frustrating.

Could you please look into this and let me know when I can expect to receive the voucher?

I hope you are doing well.

I have received an update from MindHub and they have confirmed that there was a payment error during your purchase and since your bank account was charged, they have initiated a refund process, and you should receive the amount paid within the next few business days or depending on your bank's policy.

They have also advised that once you receive the refund, you should be able to purchase the exam replay offer without any issues. I highly recommend using your account on the MindHub page just to make sure that any transaction will be recorded, and you will have visibility over your orders.
