Misleaded by the time of displaying when scheduling the Microsoft certificate exam with free voucher, and I missed the exam because of this, is there a way to contact with the client service or cancel the penalty of no show?

I am sorry to hear that you're unable to reschedule your exam due to the confusion at the appointment time. Allow me to help you by redirecting you to the right support to contact about your missed exam.
I checked and found that as per our Exam reschedule and cancellation policy, if you fail to show up for your exam appointment or you don’t reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you forfeit your entire exam fee. Also, please know that the appointment on your Learning Dashboard will be removed once the appointment starts or since the scheduled appointment is missed, you will be tagged as “no show”.
Moreover, as part of the new Exam Policy, learners who miss any scheduled exams in a rolling 180-day period are required by a Microsoft Certification exam partner to pay a refundable deposit when they schedule their next one. Pearson Vue assured us that you will be refunded including tax once you've taken the exam regardless if this is pass or fail as long as you appear at the scheduled exam.
Upon completion of the exam, the partner will refund the deposit, in accordance with its terms and conditions, which usually takes within 5-10 business days to the same credit card used to book the exam. You might have a delay in getting this as it still depends on your bank's billing cycle.
In order to better assist you due to the nature of your concern, allow me to redirect you to your exam delivery provider who is responsible for supporting any issues encountered before, during, and after exam and any assistance needed in exam rescheduling & cancellation since they are the one who can modify and have visibility for the available slots/dates.
