Missing Azure DevOps Assessment (18473) Badge

Hi

I recently completed the below and the Certificate was Awarded on 19 January 2020. I can't seem to find the certification or claim the badge via Acclaim. They've asked me to contact Microsoft directly to see if they can explain the missing badge. Please assist
