Missing Badge

Hello team,

I have several problems with my Learning account:

1) I have not received any badge for the exam SC-900 I passed

2) If I try to sign in in Credly with both my Microsoft account and my outlook account linked to my certification profile and I have no badge either

3) I have changed my display name but it still appears with "(***) which was the vendor where I previously worked before becoming and FTE Microsoft employee 3 years ago

4) On my Certification page I am missing the option to share, I only have the one to print and based on this doc View, use, and share certificates and badges | Microsoft Learn I should have both

Could you please help?

Welcome to Microsoft's Community.

 

As we understand, you are having issues when you try to visualize your Badge.

 

Please note that we need you to provide us with a PSR Steps Recorder tool (listed below) to follow these instructions.

 

You will be able to use the Steps Recorder following the link specified for your operating system:

 

 

  1. Go to Digital Credentials (credly.com)

  2. Login with your Personal Email associated.

  3. Show evidence that you cannot visualize the Badge in credly.

  4. Clear your browser’s cached data and cookies.

  5. Use InPrivate browsing with Microsoft Edge.

  6. Click on this link to go to Your Dashboard.

  7. Login with your Personal Email associated.

  8. Click on Certifications”.

  9. Record all of your Badges if you have more than one, make sure to scroll down.

  10. Please click on the screen to confirm that the PSR will record everything, especially the error you see. 

 

Please provide the recording through the Private Message. It is necessary to display the email address used at the time of accessing the Certification Profile page and the error message you encounter; we advise you to start the recording before opening the browser's InPrivate mode and review the result file to make sure all the required information is included.

 

Keep in mind the PSR tool is set to a limit of 25 screenshots as a default, if you need a higher number of pictures to show the process, please change the number to at least 100 screenshots in the tool’s settings. 


You can access to the Private Message if you select the icon on the upper right side of the screen
