Missing Certificate Az-900

I wrote Az-900 and i passed, this was around June 2024. The certificate was uploaded on my Microsoft certification dashboard so that anytime i login to the dashboard i could see it i even downloaded it. Just recently i noticed that the certificate has been missing from the dashboard. I need it to be return. I dropped a message on your twitter inbox and an agent was promised to be assigned to be. It's been up to a week, no assistance. I need the certificate to be re uploaded urgently. Name: ****************
