Missing certificate for 70-461

Good morning,

I have passed the exam 70-461, but I am missing the certificate itself within my learning profile. However, it is shown in my transcript, and it is available as a badge too.

For example, for the exam 70-480 I passed previously, I am able to download a certificate, but not for 70-461. My employer company is asking me for it (they don't work with transcripts). Can anyone help me?

Thanks in advance.
