Missing discount voucher even it's not expired

Hej Microsoft Cert.

I have studied for the PL-100 exam and was ready to book.

I have earned a voucher on the Ignite Event i november.

I know for sure it's valid until 2023-02-16 and I have previous seen it in the discount page when booking.

Now today 2023-02-15 it's gone from the booking page.

That's quite annoying when I wanted to take the exam from home tomorrow.

Can you help ?

Checking on the  Terms and Conditions, this exam offer redemption window starts November 18, 2022 and expires on February 15, 2023 inclusive of booking and taking the exam. This could be the reason it was no longer visible on your profile.

With this, I would recommend contacting the Cloud Skills Challenge support team by sending an email to challengesupport@Microsoft.com as they are the discount provider and can provide you with additional information. It may take 2 - 3 business days for the response.

Let me know the outcome.
