Missing exams history and scores

Hi Team,

Despite existing exams in transcript, unable to see exams history/scores on Pearson VUE provider opened from Microsoft Certification Dashboard (You have not previously taken any exams with Pearson VUE./You do not currently have any score reports available online.)

In order for us to locate the missing exams on your account, in the private message, please attach the exam order confirmation of the exams that were missing.

 

It is possible that they were registered on a different MCT.

Thank you for providing the requested confirmation emails of your missing exams.

 

I checked each emails and I can confirm that they’re all registered on your account. That being said, you should be able to view them on your Microsoft Certification Dashboard under Transcripts and under Exam Providers.

 

In an event that you’re unable to see them under Exam Provider’s page on Pearson VUE’s dashboard, please provide us a step-by-step screenshots from the sign in page to the page where your exam history are not showing.

 

Please use the PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) in recording and attach the recorded steps in the private message.


While recording, when you reached the exam history page, please click anywhere on the page to make sure it will be recorded.

 

Upon receipt, we’ll forward it to our Support Team for investigation.

I appreciate your patience throughout this process.

 

I just received an update from our Support Team and found out that an account deletion request was received from you last 02/25/20 with command ID: b72f6479-e1a5-4f8f-b815-fbccc3783c36.

 

The deleted account is where your Pearson VUE ID is associated with. This Pearson VUE ID contains the exam history and score reports of your missing exams.

 

Though the exams, certificates and transcript are still accessible on your certification profile since they were already recorded and associated to your MCID.

 

Furthermore, our Support Team is working on restoring your previous exam histories in order for you to view them.

 

As per the score reports, they are still checking if it’s possible to retrieve them.

 

Please expect for another 3-5 business days for the latest updates from the concerned team.
