Missing MCAD Certification

Good morning:

Around *removed*  I got the MCAD certification, Through a training center (I can provide you with one of the two diplomas, the other one I have lost).

I have lost the ID, the access and even the account with which I did it.

I can provide you with my name, surname, ID number, postal address.

Please, I ask you for urgent help.
