Missing Voucher after Microsoft Training Days

Hi,

i did the AZ-900 Training Days on 22 and 23 June. I already received the mail from Microsoft that i finished the Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day: Fundamentals. If I want to register for the exam I have no voucher. I took part via my working email adress but want to participate the exam with my private one.

How can i solve this problem?

Allow me to assist you in claiming the free certification exam you earned through Microsoft Virtual Training Day event.

 

After completing the training, you will not receive a voucher code as the discount you earned is voucherless and should be claimed in your certification profile. If you registered using your work email address, you need to link it to your certification profile to claim the discount.

 

To create a certification profile, you need to use a personal Microsoft email address such as; Hotmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Gmail etc. If you don't have a personal email address yet, you may go this link to create one.

 

If you already have one, you may follow the steps below to create a certification profile:

 

1. Go to microsoft.com/learning

2. Click “Go to Certification Dashboard” (make sure that there is no account signed in)

3. Sign in using your Microsoft account/Personal Email and password.

4. On your dashboard, click “Edit your certification profile”

5. Enter your information (Note: Make sure to enter all information with red asterisk * sign)

6. Click “Save” (this will generate the MCID) then click on “Continue”.

 

If you already have a certification profile, you may follow the steps in this instructional video to link your work email address and claim the discount.

 

Please note that this offer is only claimable within 90 days from the 5th business day after the training has concluded and has a cap limit of 8 discounts regardless of how many trainings you've attended. 

  

Should you need further assistance, please provide us the following in the private message so I can review and escalate this case if needed: 

 

  • Actual copy of the completion/congratulatory email after attending the training

  • Step-by-step screenshot from the sign in page to the error message using PSR (Problem Steps Recorder)

  • Requested information that can be found through private message

  • Event IDs from the invite/webinar link (please refer to the image below)
