The proper way to achieve the Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, is by taking the following exams:

• Exam MD-100: Windows Client (The content of this exam was updated on December 3, 2021 and now it is not related with Windows 10)

• Exam MD-101: Managing Modern Desktops

Once you approve all conditions, you will receive the Certification. Please refer to the image shown below:
