MOS Master Instructor Certification Badge is unavailable

Years ago, I earned this Microsoft Certification that I was told never expires. Recent certifications are given electronic badges that can be posted on LinkedIn and on websites, etc. I want a badge for what I earned. How can I get this badge, please? I don't want to (or can't the same way) post a certificate (unless I am misunderstanding what a "certificate" is). I've been going around and around today for hours and hours with Microsoft, Certiport, Acclaim, and Credly, and they all seem to point to one another as the responsible party of the badge not being available. Thank you.

We have reviewed our database and confirmed that MOS 2000 is not eligible for badge.
