As we understand, you have two MCIDs associate to your Microsoft account and you want to merge them.
To continue with the process, we are asking for additional information, in the Private Message, to fully verify your Microsoft Certification Profile and the duplicity in your accounts.
To avoid duplicate profiles/MC IDs, when registering for exams, please use the information (name, e-mail address, mailing address and phone number) as it appears on your current Microsoft Certification Profile. This would ensure us that the Exams will get updated under the correct profile.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you. If the information we shared was helpful, please let us know by choosing “Yes” where it says, “Did this solve your problem?” located in the bottom right corner of this post. This will let us know if your support experience has been great or how we can improve it.

Thank you so much for letting us know the status of your profile, we have reviewed this information. In this case to attend your request, we have temporarily unlinked your email address from your Certification Profile.
Please follow these instructions to link it again to your preferred email address and let us know if after the steps are completed, Your Dashboard's information is accurate and if your MS Learning achievements are shown on it:
1. Start a Microsoft Edge InPrivate browsing session (pressing the key combination Ctrl + Shift + N once the browser is open).
2. Copy and paste this link into the private window’s address bar https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/home/migrate
3. Access with a Microsoft account that has not been used in the MS Learn Platform, different to your email address (if you do not have one, we invite you to create one Here)
4. If you are shown an error message, please select the option “MCP Home” which will direct you to Your Dashboard, after that you can copy and paste the same link on step 2 in the same search bar.
5. After you have followed the previous link, it will open a new window to Your Dashboard, as shown in the image below.
6. While being on Your Dashboard page, please delete the URL and paste this one:
https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/home/migrate.
7. After pasting the URL and clicking on enter, you will see this website, please fill in the fields MC ID and Access code. Fill in the fields with the following information:
MCID:
Access Code:
To protect personal information, these credentials are provided via Private Message.

As we understand from your post, you want to link your personal Email account to your Learn account.
We would like to confirm that we have limited access to the Learn Platform and we can only guide you to connect with their support line, which can only be reached through the Feedback forms in the bottom part of the Microsoft Learn support - Troubleshooting known issues | Microsoft Docs
What we could suggest, is to perform basic troubleshooting steps to rule out system related issues.
Use InPrivate browsing in Microsoft Edge.
Clear browsing history, cookies and cached data.
Sign in to the Microsoft Learn Platform.
Browse and select the Module
Try again.
If it does not work, please fill out a form and attach the error message (see image below).
However, if you want to change the email on the Partner center, please go to the Partner Network Center link or talk to your Company administrator to proceed with your request. Be informed that the Microsoft Partner Network allows your company to have only one account per user.
If this solves your problem, please indicate “Yes”, to the question and the thread will automatically be closed and locked. In case we do not receive a response, the thread will be closed and locked on the next business day.
