Hello, Manoj.

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community.

Based on your inquiry, we understand you passed the MS-100 Exams, and you are not able to see your Certification on Your Dashboard.

Regarding your request, please keep in mind that the MS-100 Exam does not issue any Certificate itself, as it is part of the requirements for the Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert Certification.

At the same time, for you to achieve the desired Certification, you will need to complete the following requirements:

1. Two Exams, from which you passed the MS-100.

2. One of the following Certifications:

Please refer to the image below to check the full pathway:

Also consider that the contents of the MS-100 and MS-101 Exams were updated on November 30, and November 24, 2021, respectively. We highly recommend checking the Exam’s website to learn more about future changes.

The passed exams will be listed in your Transcript and are eligible to be displayed as Microsoft Badges, the Microsoft 365 Certified: “Enterprise Administrator Expert” Certification will be received once all exams and prerequisites are completed.

You can review your Transcript and Badges by accessing your Microsoft Certification Dashboard and selecting the respective option.

If this solves your problem, please indicate “Yes” to the question and the thread will automatically be closed and locked. In case we do not receive a response, it will be closed and locked after one business day.

We hope you have an excellent day,
