MS 700 RESULT MISSING AND TECHNICAL ISSUE DURING EXAM

I TOOK THE MS-700 - Managing Microsoft Teams - English

DURING THE EXAM THE VM IS NOT LOADING PROPERLY IT WAS SO SLOW AND PROCTORS HAD TO RESTART THE TEST ENVIRONMENT COUPLE OF TIME


I AM CONNECTED WIRED TO THE INTERNET WITH MY 800MBP SPEED I AM SURE IT IS NOT MY CONNECTION


NOW I AM WAITING FOR THE RESULT AND I CANNOT FIND IT ANYWHERE. EVEN MY MS 900 CERTIFICAT IS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND


DURING THE EXAM I HAD BAD TECHNICAL ISSUE FROM PEARSON VUE TEST ENVIRONMENT THEY CANNOT ACCESS MY FEED, I CANNOT REACH THEM THru CHAT AS THE CHAT BOX WONT ALLOW ME TO SEND THE MSG THEY HAD TO REBOOT THE TEST APPLICATION COUPLE OF TIMES EVEN SO THE VIRTUAL MACHINE (LAB ) IS STILL VERY VERY SLOW WHICH CAUSE ME TO LOSE SO MUCH TIME.


I CALLED PEARSON SUPPORT THEY SAID THE DID NOT CAPTURE MY EXAM RESULT THEY DO NOT HAVE DETAILS ABOUT IT BUT REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND OR RETAKE FOR FREE. Please help me i need this done before month end ‎
