MS Exam Labs - Have Labs been temporarily removed from Microsoft Exams?

Hi,

I am scheduled to sit the MS-100 exam tomorrow and I came across the following information from Vasile_V :

We're still currently in the pandemic and many users such as myself are under the same bandwidth constraints as described above.

Can someone from Microsoft please confirm whether the labs are still temporarily removed from the MS-100 and other Pearson VUE Microsoft Exams and if so, how long is this planned to continue?

Thanks very much for your help.

Answer

Hi stevehouse1995,

Thank you for posting your query here, we shall do our best effort to solve your query.

Microsoft reserves the right to update content for any reason, at any time, to maintain the validity and relevance of our certifications. This includes, but is not limited to, incorporating functionality and features related to technology changes, changing skills needed for success within a job role, etc., and may at times result in the removal of labs. This should NOT matter in terms of exam preparation. However if you believe it does, you should prepare as if labs will be on the exams because that practice will benefit you in answering non-lab questions. Additionally, the absence of a lab will not influence your score.

We wish you a good luck.
