MS learn sandbox suspended appeal is stuck?

My Microsoft learn sandbox access has been suspended for well over a week now, for unknown reasons to me.  I appealed as soon as I noticed it, well over a week ago,  but since then I always get the "Your appeal has been received..." message when requiring a sandbox, leaving me unable to complete the modules.

As far as I can tell I have received no further information with details for why or who I can contact to resolve the issue. And as far as I know I've done nothing wrong, apart from spiking up my mslearn usage recently. I found the community question mentioned earlier, hoping to be able to resolve this issue through here or get pointed into the right direction to do so.

Looking forward to hearing from you

Hi, Jonathan.

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft community.

As we understand from your post, your account has been flagged, and you have submitted an appeal to regain access to a lab environment. We are happy to help!

You have contacted us through the Microsoft Credentials (formerly Microsoft Certified Professional) support forums. Please note that we can only provide support regarding your Certification Profile, and the achievement of the Certifications listed on our platform.

According to the article Troubleshooting common training issues in Microsoft Learn, it may take our fraud team 24 - 36 hours to unblock a sandbox if an appeal is successful. However, no ETA has been set for the review to be completed.

Since you mentioned that you have submitted an appeal and received no response, we invite you to submit a Feedback Form to the Microsoft Learn support team by visiting Microsoft Learn support - Troubleshooting known issues.

You will find this option at the bottom of the page, as shown in the image below.

If you require assistance regarding your Certification Profile, please let us know. We will be happy to help.

We hope that you find this information to be helpful. If so, please let us know by selecting "Yes" where it says, "Did this solve your problem?" located at the lower right corner of this post.

If we do not receive a response, the case will be closed and locked after one business day.
