MTA certification in Machine Learning

I subscribed for an online course in Machine Learning by a Microsoft Certified Trainer, Verzeo. They were offering a MTA certification in Machine Learning. A couple of days prior to the commencement of the course they sent a mail saying that the syllabus has been changed. The actually syllabus had Microsoft R server and machine learning algorithms and they changed it to Python programming and machine learning algorithms. The content was great. The qualified students were guaranteed the MTA certification and a chance for an internship. I recieved the certificate today and it is a MTA for Introduction to Programming using Python.

The whole program seemed like a hoax and in the end all we received is a introduction to programming certificate. I ask you to check up with the trainer and the certificates they issued.

Don't know if this is the right place to post this. Redirect me if this has to be done else where.
