Okay. I understand you have provided info about who provides exams but maybe do you know who can legally  PREPARE for exam? Please answer only for now about "MTA Microsoft Windows operating system fundamentals" to not confuse things.If you don't know that is fine. 

I just contacted with PearsonVue to ask same question, not sure final answer, but I got a clue that they don't know WHO can prepare for exam. Can it be possible that they don't know? What they have provided are only self-learning materials which is not what I was looking for because it is always better when someone can teach :)  Since I have lack of knowledge how everything works for self-learning like how long to learn, how much everything will cost, how to learn more specifically without huge stress and etc. it is always better to have teacher. Do you agree that the only option is to prepare using self-learning materials?

Original number 1 question in whole enquiry partly changed to more clear because I see course/certificate provider can be connected with different locations like in UK and USA, so I became little bit lost about who can prepare for first mentioned certificate in subject, regarding country. I don't even know how to ask this question correctly. It means, I need answer who can prepare in UK and USA or who has legal rights to do it in which case,  the only these providers in the list could prepare for this certificate. Alternatively and basically if it is better, you could answer how to protect myself from scammers? What if I could provide 2 names which I have?

Is that means there is no one who can prepare? 

Okay, if no is no. Also, I checked your official course list and I can't find even this course. Was I searching bad? What it means? I have no idea. What is the next question is this --> how to protect myself from scammers? Can I provide name of provider? If you can't answer to such question, which I am asking maybe third time and don't get answer which makes me nervous, is that means you don't have solution for that? <-- Please think carefully about answer as my own decision will take place to cancel opportunity I got from them to get "Cyber Security Technician/Analyst" role, this is not my statement, that is what they said for me that after taking some or all mentioned qualifications in "subject" field, I can be eligible for that role after an year or 2 while getting some real work experience at the same time. By cancelling, it would mean I might go to much different role to work in other than IT.

For example, if you don't know having good quality answer, you can refer to someone else who might can help. I will try to ask once again for "PearsonVUE" but I still will want to see your final answer anyway.
