MVP certification

Santiago you didnt understand my question.

i have already amended my name in my profile but I need the same to be changed on my certificate and then posted to me! 

can this be done?

Welcome to Microsoft Community. We will be glad to assist you with your inquiry.

As we understand from your inquiry, you updated your name on your Microsoft Profile and you need to generated your certificate with the new information updated. 

In this case we highly recommend to wait 24 hours and after that, please try to download your certificate again, you will have your certificate with the name that you updated. 

However, if after the 24 hours your certificate is having the same old information please share some information with us via Private Message and we will  proceeded to send you the Transcript and Certificate to the Email account linked to your MCID.

WPlease let us know if there is anything else we can do for you. If the information we shared was helpful, please let us know by choosing “Yes” where it says, “Did this solve your problem?” located in the bottom right corner of this post. This will let us know if your support experience has been great or how we can improve it.

 

In case we do not receive a response, it will be closed and locked after two business day.
