MVTD | Discount not received: Delay in Receiving Discount Coupon After Azure Fundamentals AZ-900 Training

Last Thursday at 8:00 am (UTC-5), I completed the two-day Azure Fundamentals AZ-900 training event. During the videoconference, I was informed that I would receive the discount coupon after 4 business days. However, the timeframe has passed, and I have yet to receive anything in my email.


Could you please guide me on the process or let me know whom I should contact to check the status of the coupon?

As per the updated MVTD sticky post, participants of the Microsoft Virtual Training Day Event will receive a 50% voucherless discount linked to the email address used for registration. Additionally, they will receive a "Thank You" email within 4 business days after completing the training, which will include instructions on how to claim the offer. It is important to use the same sign-in email associated with your Learn profile when registering for the MVTD event to ensure smooth verification and avoid potential issues.

You may also consider checking your spam or junk folder as thank you email may be routed on those files.

Additionally, I recommend reviewing the MVTD discounted exam FAQs, as the discount is only valid for 90 days from the event date.

Since the MVTD discount is still not reflected on the checkout page even after following the above instructions provided, please provide us with the necessary information along with the step-by-step screenshot through private message using Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) (click this link for MAC device) starting from the login page up until where the issue occurs.
