Please be advised that as per the sticky post, Microsoft Virtual Training Day is now voucher-less, the 50% discount will automatically be applied at the checkout page. To do this, you have to ensure to log in to your Learn profile using the email address you used to sign up for the training event when scheduling the exam. This is because the discount is linked to that specific email only.

If you have already tried scheduling the exam using the email you registered for the event and the discount did not appear at the checkout page, please provide a complete recording starting from the login page showing the email address you used for the training event up to the checkout page where the discount was not applied. For Windows devices, use the Snipping Tool to record the steps. Open the tool, select the video icon, click "New," draw the area to record, press "Start" to begin, and "Stop" to end the recording. For MAC devices, follow the instructions provided in the link. Kindly upload the file through the private message that I initiated along with the requested information.

As outlined in the sticky post, after completing the training, you should receive a "Thank You" email within four (4) business days. This email will confirm your eligibility for the 50% discount and will allow you to schedule your exam with the discount automatically applied at checkout.

In your case, you can expect to receive the thank you email by July 1, 2025. If the discount still does not appear after receiving the email, please provide the additional information I requested in the private message so I can escalate the issue to our support team for further assistance.

Thanks for the reply , actually the video which i have sent u is the recording i did after i received a thank you message saying that i am eligible for the discount but as shown in the recording its not getting automatically applied on the payment part yes i have received the mail and i am attaching that thank you mail ss with the reply and i followed all the steps mentioned here but again getting no discount on checkout as shown in the recording

What I have seen in the past with virtual training day vouchers is that the voucher is not actually added to your account until after the email is sent. I would try to schedule the exam again.
