Please note that at the MVTD event, you will receive a 50% voucher less discount linked to the email address used for registration for eligible training sessions. Additionally, they will receive a "Thank You" email within 4 business days of completing the training, which will include steps on how to claim the offer. Once a congratulatory email is received, simply book your exam and ensure to redeem the discount. For detailed instructions, refer to the "Vouchers and redeeming discounts | Microsoft Learn page. For additional information or clarification about the event, you may consult the sticky post for helpful insights.

In the event that you received the thank you and followed the steps on how to redeem the discount and is not reflected on checkout page, please provide a complete recording of the entire process starting from the sign-in page up until the error occurs via private message. For Windows devices, use the Snipping Tool to record the steps. After opening it, select the video icon, click "New," draw the area to record, press "Start" to begin, and "Stop" to end the recording. For MAC devices, follow the instructions in this link.
If in any case you haven't received the thank you email within the given timeframe, please let us know so we can check for alternative options.
Additionally, please know that the MVTD discount can’t be combined with other discounts. (Ex. ESI, Student, CloudSkills Challenge, FTE, etc.)
