MVTD | Discount not received: Microsoft Fabric exam coupon

I have completed the microsoft event for Implementing data lake in Fabric, it was mentioned that after completion we will be getting coupon code for 50% off. I recieved the thanks for attending event email but not the code.

In reference to the Microsoft Virtual Training Day (MVTD) event, typically, after you complete your training, you will receive a 'Thank You' email within 5 business days. This email contains your 50% voucher code and will be sent to the same email address you used to attend the event. Additionally, it is advisable to check your spam/junk folder as the email might have ended up there. If you encounter any technical issues, clearing your browser's cache and cookies may help resolve them.

Meanwhile, if you haven't received the email after 5 business days, kindly provide the necessary information through the private message that I initiated and I will have this forwarded to our support team for them to investigate and provide a proper resolution.

On the other hand, please be advised that MVTD discounts are not stackable with different discount vouchers. For additional information about the Microsoft Virtual Training Day (MVTD) event, kindly refer to this link to know more about the Discounted Certification Exams and FAQs.

Please be advised that Microsoft Virtual Training Day is now voucher less and its 50% discount is being automatically applied on the checkout page once you schedule an exam. Kindly ensure to log in using the email address you have used to register for the training event for the 50% discount to be reflected in the checkout page.

You can also follow these guidelines to schedule your exam while utilizing the 50% discount:

  1. Schedule an exam through Browse Credentials | Microsoft Learn and Schedule through Pearson VUE.

  2. Log in using the email address you have used to register for the training event you have completed.

  3. In the Transfer to Pearson VUE dialogue box, you will be asked to input your personal information then you will be redirected to the exam delivery provider's page.

  4. You have to finish selecting your exam options, confirm your choices, and then head to your Cart to complete the checkout process. Then you can see the MVTD 50% discount will be reflected in the checkout page.

For detailed guideline, you can also refer to vouchers and redeeming discounts.

If in any case that the discount was not applied after doing the recommendation above, kindly provide us with the step-by-step screenshot using Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) (click this link for MAC device) starting from the login page up until the issue received wherein the discount was not applied in the checkout page. Kindly upload the PSR file through the private message that I initiated along with the requested information.
