Since you miss your exam, it will be marked as a “No Show,” and you will lose your fee. If you used a company voucher, it will be forfeited, and your company may be charged a no-show fee. The missed exam will be removed from your dashboard, and you’ll need to schedule a new registration, incurring the standard fee.
Please be aware that if proctors detect any violations of the Candidate Rules Agreement during OnVUE exams, they may issue a warning or cancel the exam. You are not allowed to use or access any unapproved items such as pagers, watches, wallets, purses, caps, bags, coats, books, or notes. Keep your mobile phone in the room but out of arm's reach, as it must be available for contact. Proctors report issues to Pearson VUE with photos and videos for evidence, which may be used to investigate potential violations.
