Hello Support Team,
***REMOVED***I was supposed to pass my AZ-900 exam, but the online proctor had revoked my exam in the mid of exam and I was told that the proctor saw me not looking at the screen but I was constantly looking at the screen and attempted more than 10 questions for which I was preparing long back and my company trained me for this exam and gave a voucher to give the exam. She, at first called and told me to show my room to which I agreed and showed my room completely and then after few minutes she revoked my exam. God Knows why.
When I said to the proctor, I am looking at the screen constantly and I will make sure this will not happen, I did not receive any response and my exam got revoked.
Do you realize how difficult it is to plan, attend, and eventually experience anything like this? I was using my company's voucher to sit the exam (we are Microsoft Partners), and now I have to retake it without a coupon.
I do not have a case number or identification number to file a complaint against Pearson VUE. The entire situation is ludicrous and completely unprofessional.
Is there a way to get around this? Could anyone please help me get this resolved? I would highly appreciate your help!
