My Azure AZ-900 exam got revoked without any reason.

Hello Support Team,

***REMOVED***I was supposed to pass my AZ-900 exam, but the online proctor had revoked my exam in the mid of exam and I was told that the proctor saw me not looking at the screen but I was constantly looking at the screen and attempted more than 10 questions for which I was preparing long back and my company trained me for this exam and gave a voucher to give the exam. She, at first called and told me to show my room to which I agreed and showed my room completely and then after few minutes she revoked my exam. God Knows why.

When I said to the proctor, I am looking at the screen constantly and I will make sure this will not happen, I did not receive any response and my exam got revoked.

Do you realize how difficult it is to plan, attend, and eventually experience anything like this? I was using my company's voucher to sit the exam (we are Microsoft Partners), and now I have to retake it without a coupon.

I do not have a case number or identification number to file a complaint against Pearson VUE. The entire situation is ludicrous and completely unprofessional.

Is there a way to get around this? Could anyone please help me get this resolved? I would highly appreciate your help!

I understand that you are unable to finish your AZ-900 exam because the proctor disconnected from the appointment. Allow me to direct you to the correct support team to assist you.  

This is to inform you that our policies, practices, and procedures may seem strict, but they maintain the integrity of our online proctored exams. That’s what makes your certification so valuable. 

In addition, if a proctor feels the Candidate Rules Agreement has been broken by a candidate, a candidate is suspected of cheating or tampering with the exam software. They will terminate the exam and report the infraction to Microsoft, along with audio and/or video evidence.

You may consider visiting the Online Exams with Pearson Vue as a reference in the stated information above.

Lastly, if you used a company discount, I strongly recommend to coordinate directly with ESI support since they are responsible in giving you another discount voucher that can be used to avail yourself of the discounted exam. You may refer to their contact details in the link below:
