My certification is still not showing in the MS portal but I passed the exame a few montsh ago

When I go here to view/download the certificate it is not in the list:

I passed the exam almost 4 months ago.

My dashboard (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/dashboard.aspx) has a post congratulating me that I passed it, but the certificate area does not have the certificate. I talked with PearsonVue and they told me everything had been passed to Microsoft.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Answer

Hello, Dave!

Thank you for the information provided via Private Message.

We have reviewed your data and have found that you are currently not able to visualize your Certification because the requirements have not been fully met.

Please keep in mind that the Exam MB-210: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant is part of the requirements to be certified as a: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate. The Exam itself will not generate a Certificate.

To earn this Certification, the candidates must pass two exams:

  1. Exam PL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant.

  2. Exam MB-210: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant

Here is a much clearer visualization of the certification path:

The passed exam will be listed in your Transcript. You can review it and also review your badges by accessing your Microsoft Certification Dashboard and selecting the respective option.

Remember that once you complete and pass both exams, the certification will be available in the next 24 - 48 hours. (In your case, you only need to pass Exam PL-200).
