my docs profile not showing updated cert status

I have passed my az-104 exam and linked my docs profile to my certification account, but on my docs profile it is still showing as I am uncertified. Maybe I linked the wrong certification account?

Hello, William.

We are glad to have you at Microsoft's Community.

As we understand from your post, your Azure Administrator Associate Certification has not been updated in your Learn profile.

Please note that the renewal assessment on Microsoft Learn is only available once you are eligible – approximately six months before your certification expires. You will receive a notification email from Microsoft, alerting you when the renewal assessment is available.

To be able to see all your Certifications and know the expiration date, you need to access your Microsoft dashboard.

To better assist you, we have initiated a Private Message for you to provide us some details about your accounts and a PSR (Problem Steps Recorder), where we can evidence the situation. It is necessary that the email address used at the time of accessing is displayed. We advise you to take multiple screenshots of these if necessary. Please include these steps:

1.      Clear your browser’s cached data and cookies.

2.      Use InPrivate browsing with Microsoft Edge.

3.      Go to the renewal link

4. Get into Microsoft Learn | Microsoft Docs and login with the same credentials account you use to see Your Dashboard.

You can find the Private Message Feature on the top right corner of this screen as shown in the image below:

Keep in mind the PSR tool is set to a limit of 25 screenshots as a default, if you need a higher number of pictures to show the process, please change the number to at least 100 screenshots in the tool’s setting.

We will be very attentive to your response. If no response is received, we will proceed to close and lock the case after two business days.

Best regards,

Xilena Navarro.
