my employer wants to pay my exam fees

Hi
I want to take 2 or 3 exams from Microsoft and my employer will pay the exam fees, but in my profile, I can't add a separate billing address.
could you please tell me if it is possible to add a billing address, and how I can add it?
Note: it is not about a discount or voucher, but only about a billing address other than my certification profile address.

I understand that you want to add a separate billing address to your account for your exams. Allow me to provide the steps on how you can enter or update your billing information. 


Upon checking, I have found a same issue with regards to the billing information concerns today that is already escalated, According to an update from our Support Team, changing the details on your invoice is not recommended because it could cause problems during the exam. The candidate's identification card is used to verify their identity and ensure that they are the registered test-taker and Invoice can only be generated after you scheduled your exam.

What I can suggest, if you haven't scheduled an exam yet, I highly recommend to contact your company to purchase an exam voucher. Employers can provide vouchers to cover the cost of exams, which can help alleviate the financial burden for candidates. If a candidate's demographics don't match their identification card, the employer can purchase a voucher so that the candidate can take the exam without changing their demographics.

You may refer to the Microsoft :: Voucher prices & order forms :: Pearson VUE page on how you can purchase a voucher on Pearson Vue.

Moreover, in order to update your address, please follow the steps below:

  1. Open an InPrivate/Incognito browser.  

  2. Select an exam on this page: Browse Certifications and Exams | Microsoft Learn, then, select “Schedule with Pearson VUE”.  

  3. Log-in using your personal email address.  

  4. Update your details in your certification profile, then, click “Save & continue”.

  5. Proceed with scheduling your exam by following this Register and schedule an exam page. 

Once done, you will receive an Invoice with your updated or preferred billing information.


Please note that although it is possible to modify the information on your profile, doing so may result in complications during the exam. This is because the candidate's identity is verified using their identification card, and therefore, the details on the invoice, profile demographics, and government-issued ID should match exactly to ensure that the individual taking the test is the registered test-taker.
