Hello team, I was about 20 minutes at the Phone with parson Vue asking if I could reschedule my exam as I did not notice I arranged it for 12 am and not pm, he said he would open a case for me and I have now an email saying my exam is cancelled and I have no way to reschedule or even present it. Please can you help me to know to where to approach on this issue?

I understand that you want to reschedule your exam. Allow me to help by providing details.
When rescheduling and canceling the exam, it must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or the exam fee will be forfeited. If not, As per Exam FAQ’s,“candidate needs to pay to retake the exam”.
Can you please confirm if you register for the exam using discounts or vouchers from Microsoft events? If you used a voucher, the following is what you need to consider:
For voucherless discount, please be advised that it will be re-instated within 36 hours (if it is still valid). If the voucher was already outside the validity, check with the provider first if it can still be used/re-instated prior to cancellation.
For the voucher that is being entered at the checkout page (alphanumeric code), check the T&C with the provider
For the employee discount, the voucher will be forfeited (one time use only).

Hello, thanks for the reply. When I called to advise my issue I was not told what you said and I did not requested to cancel it, I only asked if I could reschedule and they told me they would ask Microsoft, suddenly I received an email saying they have cancelled it directly without telling me anything o explaining me anything. I used a Vaucher and I don't know if it is still valid or even the number as I never planned to cancel my exam. I feel very sad because I don't agree with this cancellation and I have no way to talk to anyone.
